How do I join a family account when I already have a single account?

My subscription is about to expire and I wish to get on an account with my mother and brother. I can get the link from their account but it only takes me to a page wanting to download the program. If I click Switch Accounts in the app it goes to a login page. I don't necessarily feel like I want to get their password to join their account. It seems like Bitdefender would have something in place for a situation like this.

If you already have a Bitdefender user account associated with the email where the invitation was sent, sign in to claim your shared subscription.
If you don’t have a Bitdefender user account, create one with the same email where the invitation was sent to claim your shared subscription.
- Enter your full name
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click the Create Account button and you will be signed.

I wish that had worked. The article says to go to the My Subscriptions page and select the Add Members button. So naturally when she goes to My Subscriptions that button doesn't exist. I found another way to send the initial link but it simply takes me back to the download page. I don't need to download anything.
