I get over and over the message that temporal files of Bitdefender are infected by Gen:Suspcious.Cloud.2.sp3. After each scan Ditefender deletes them but they allways come back. How can I get gid of it?

Is Removing a file detected from quarantine sufficient for removing all the infections traces?
Recently I've founded some possible infections on my PC after I've done a websearch searching for infos/support,I've founded websites that explain a list of steps to do for completely deleting the malware traces,now my question above,is that all have I to do or is a better check-up necessary ?
