Pc got fished, need an offline solution, Urgent please

Hiya, i just feel for "im working on a game here is the link" scam on discord, not only bro got my token, but i installed the game.. [he used a friends account that also fell for it.

As soon as the program was installed discord wrote something about wrong API and thats when i knew something was up. Uninstaled the program from "Add or remove a program" on windows. disconnected internet, changed all of my passwords [from my phone and different pc] and resetted IP

Running the windows anti virus it shows that nothing is wrong with my pc, deep scan also shows that. but i dont want to risk connecting it online untill either i run bit defender [again without connecting insternet, install from usb] OR windows reinstall [which could lead for the trojen to hide deeper]

what do i do? and thanks a lot
