Hello Kenny, That is also the same if BitDefender NDSIS Filter Driver is checked you will not always see activity on the graph bar that is only when there is loads of network activity. i noticed that my net zone also does not show any network activity after disabling and re-enabling NDIS. after disabling it doesnt work, i hid it. but after renabling it, it should work, might need a reboot though

Hello Kenny, Sorry about that. But port scans aren't blocked. But when stealth mode is enabled your computer is still invisible. So if you let it enabled there isn't anything to worry about it. Hello j o e l, Disabling BitDefender NDIS filter is only safe when you are in lan or home network. Because if you disable that you will loose security. I too have this problem with 64bit Vista. Try disabling your Bitdefender NDIS filter Control Panel\Network Connections right click on your network connection and click properties. then untick it NDIS. I get kicked offline randomly with this on. Ongoing for a while but no solution yet from bitdefender. hope it helps

Hi all, Thanks for you help and suggestions. I seem to have found an answer to my problem. I uninstalled the nforce nvidia network contoller driver(nvidia) I then uninstalled the hardware. No, this didnt work, there are no other ndis filters showing either. I did not upgrade to windows vista 64 bit, I bought it on a disc.
