Me too. I install total security 2014 x64 build 17.21.0.925 on windows 8.1 pro x64 and i don't have problem with free download manager!!! Its great... I'm so excited... I recomend you that try it into new windows like 8.1. I was encountered with this problem since 3 years ago.

i curently uninstal bitdefender for this bug. and that status of topic has still escalated To Development Team and not changed to resolved. and i didn't see any report of resolving that bug at updates topic. did you see ?!?!?!

yes me too. i have scan with free edition(updated) and doesnt detect them but the paid version is detect it.

hi to all i was use bitdefender total security 2012 and 2013. at both of them i have this issue : try this scenario : open idm or fdm or other download manager then start downloading a big file(such larger than 100 Mb). after 1 or 2 minutes pause it or stop it. you see the connection is persist and still downloading !!!!!…

i have this problem with fdm too. so there are problem with bitdefender and not for idm and fdm .... i have this problem since 2012 version and not pach until now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for this reason i use kaspersky temporarily until bitdefender fix that.

this issue was not resolve from 2012 version.

this is a usfull feauture for low level users that show the popularity and security of unknown files.

thanks but when an application is not compotible with bitdefender even i disable the antivirus and firewall that software until doesnt work. because the modules of bitdefender still running.

the select part of language is freezed. we can not change it to another.

since i install the kaspersky i can download more files !!! i can download 1.7 GB in 6 hours at night but when i using bitdefender download 1.4-1.6 GB !!!
