Be patient. I can see that this is a rare issue. Support might need to take some time to duplicate this.

Can you also make sure that you're logged in as an administrator? Or probably run the program as "Run as administrator". Hopefully, that will do the trick.
-
What I could advice is that check out each product specification and see which one would work on your case.

2. If i allow the connection it will automatically create a rule on both directions. But i don't wont inbound connections. Yes it will. And it will remember future connections too.

By the way, have you made changes to those PCs yet? You can probably run a simple system restore and see how it goes for you.

Hi Jamie, were you able to upgrade BD for free already? Make sure that you made a back up by the way.

BSODs are usually caused by faulty memory modules. On your desktop, you might want to try reseating the RAM and see if it makes a difference.
-
I don't this this would be feasible since information keeps on changing. But verifying the site would work already.

Select both "Local Address" and "Remote Address" boxes Quick question. How would we know the address for google drive? I think they have a lot of I addresses like in round robin.
-
Nice to see this working for you. Did you find the key on you email?
-
I'm not really sure on how to approach this myself. But what is your Flash version? Perhaps you can try to update it to the latest one.

Remote desktop uses TCP port 3389. Make sure that this isn't blocked.

Here you go. How do I change MyBitdefender e-mail address? You have created a MyBitdefender account using an e-mail address you no longer use and now you would like to change it. The e-mail address cannot be changed, but you can use a different e-mail address to create a new online account. To successfully create another…

First time that I've seen this yet. Can you please post the URL where you downloaded the installer? Can you also post a screenshot of the error message?
-
Try to do this under safe mode with networking. Probably it might be different this time.
-
Also, make sure that you have the latest version installed. That could be the problem.
-
If there will be a lot of users who will be wanting this, it might have a good chance of being considered.
-
Don't even worry about it. Chances are very slim based on my experience. Maybe just around .01%.

Check this conversation. I hope this helps. http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=42379

http://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/family-pack.html That should give you all the information that you need.

Not entirely sure here but it might be worth checking. You also want to make sure that the license is successfully set up. I think the upgrade went fine but the license was not retained here.
-
When you say it blocks the connection to the internet. Do you mean "all sites"? Or just selected ones?
-
Try to possibly open port 21 and 22 on the firewall. That's the standard TCP ports for an FTP.
-
BSODs are usually a result of a bad RAM stick. Have you tried to unplug and replug this? http://www.anvir.com/forum/
-
Maybe you can also add a rule or an exception at the firwall so you won't be having this issue in the future.
-
Not really sure what happened here but BD doesn't skip. How did you know that this is skipping?
-
Hi Zorkel, looks like an isolate issue to me. By the way, have you tried disbaling BD and launch the game yet? Just to isolate the issue.
-
I think you need to run an uninstall ****** here. You might need to check with support as this tool is not given out on the forums.
-
First, you might need to verify if it's really the firewall. Try to turn it off first and see if you can access Windows Store already. That would allow you to save time.
-
Something might be off here. Have you tried to do a system restore yet?
