Hi,


I am using Total Security 2012 on Windows 7 64-bit and I have the following problem.


I have set the 'Windows Explorer traffic on FTP' rule to 'Allow' in the firewall's general rules but when I try to connect to an ftp site I get the following message: "An error occurred opening that folder on the FTP server. Details: The operation timed out."


It works fine when I disable the firewall.


Am I missing something?

    Try to possibly open port 21 and 22 on the firewall. That's the standard TCP ports for an FTP. smile2.png
