Open BitDefender, click on the Settings button, choose the the Expert Mode then click on Ok. After that, click on the Antivirus module and under the WiteList tab click on the Advanced Settings button . add trusted webpages to make Bitdefender skip scan it . and but Protection Level as Default .

go to this site http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB490 download tools and generate report After the logs have been created, upload them on a file sharing server of your choice (like www.sendspace.com) then send Moderator (like Cris) the download link by PM. After the logs are analyzed, I will post back further information.

is your PC infected before you install BD ? because when you install anti virus on infected PC antivirus's services well non work . update your BD then make deep Full Scan and post scan report here ..

alote of users facing this problem first be sure there is no virus in your system (use rescue CD) unisstall BD 2009 from add\remove program reboot PC then use BD uninstall tool and reboot use registary cleaner like ccleaner www.ccleaner.com then install BD 2009 and updates Finally I wish u solve your problem
