Hi, so the autoscan (or continuous scan) mode scans only for viruses, correct? Should I need to scan for other malware (rootkits, spyware etc) I must run the full scan manually anyway? Thank you for clarifying.

Hi, the same here. Win7 64, BDIS2012 shows the last scan as many as 34 days ago. It has not changed even though I run full scan manually. Autoscan was of course enabled all the time.

This is not the reason I am afraid. I simply installed BD2011 again when I failed to install BD2012, that's why you can see it in my log file.

I have exactly the same issue although I have SP3. I reported this issue on 6 August (ticket ID 201108061004446) and there's been no reaction from BD Technical Support since then. May I count on any response from you please.

Hi Gini, I don't think this is the point. I did it before (i.e. used CCleaner and solved registry problems) and it didn't work either. Is it possible that BDIS2012 rquires more than 1G ram as Int suggested? Thank you,

I use BDIS2 011 now. I uninstalled it using BD uninstall tool before installing 2012 version. No other security software installed. According to BD system requirements info 1G ram is OK for BD2012. Screenshot sent by PM. As to the log - I haven't received any email from you. regards

BD IS 2011 performs automatic updates download every 20-25 min. I tried different settings: 'update every 1 hour' or 'update every 6 hours' and this doesn't change anything. I don't want so frequent updates since it slows down the computer significantly. The problem exists on two computers I have BD installed. Could you…

Finally I have recived a patch from technical support. I tried it 3 times, lost 3 hours and still doesn't work. Really strange as I have 3 licences and on 2 computers runs well. So I am still waiting for a solution.
