You can try online scans at kapersky, eset and norton to see what they say about your system. Did you send the report to Bitdefender?

I'm still trying to get help. Niel's suggestion: check date (was ok) and go to a link (timed out), didn't help. I'm pulling my hair out here so frustrated with the lack of help from BD support. Disappointed that I can't get help here too.
