@Alexandru_BD thank you I used the chat system to converse with support prior to your message. So result was i ended up canceling, getting refund, and will renew when family pack expires. Calling option had a notification of at least a 10 minute hold, hence why I used the chat. All's good

Not sure if your issue has been resolved, I use BD on both my iMac and MacBook with MacMojave 10.14.6 and no issue in scrolling. When I place the cursor over the list of countries, I'm able to scroll up and down to choose a specific country. I mentioned this as I didn't see your cursor or mouse pointer in your screenshot

I hope this helps, I found that deleting the vault from Bit Defender only removes it from the dashboard. Depending where you created the vault, (I use a flash drive) you need to go through windows file folder to locate and delete the bvd file itself. And make sure you have closed the vault otherwise it will be a locked…
