Android phone, camera takes 10 seconds before video starts recording
After installing BD on my Samsung S8+ , instead of the video recording like it use to when i press the button it takes 10 seconds. when i look at the recorded video that 10 seconds is like I still picture. I also did a factory wipe of my phone prior to installing BD. So to be fare not sure if it was the wipe or the BD.

PIN for Mobile Android phone
Hi I restored my S8+ to factory settings, i downloaded and install Bitdefender from the play store. when i turn on mobile security from within the app....it asks for a PIN that i do not know what it is. How can i retrieve my PIN or reset the PIN

Keep getting the spining circle when using Nero
Hi I have Nero Burning ROM. From within the app when i select a folder and click to see sub folders or files i get the spinning circle. I have tried turning everything off in bitdefender and rebooting nothing seems to resolve the issue.

Bitdefender says communication error every next day startup
Hi my Bitdefender says communication error everyday after i startup. I have to sign in and i think they next day it eas ok, then the day after had to sign in again
