Blue Screen Of Death
I just bought a new dell computer and have installed BD AV 8.0 on it. When I run a scan the blue screen of death comes up and mentions a file hsfhwbs2.sys as the cause for the crash. Bd Av Registration
Forgive the double post but I realized that I posted in the wrong forum. Purchased BD AV 2008 this morning and can't get the license key to work. Had a chat with support and they had me uninstall and reinstall. That did not work. Any other ideas? Support has yet to contact me back about this issue.

Bd 10 & Firefox
I have noticed that when I have real time protection enabled, it takes several minutes to launch firefox. It doesn't happen with IE 7. Is there a way to fix this short of disabling the real time protection?

BitDefender Antivirus 10
I have recently noticed a problem with my bitdefender under the general tab it shows that my last update was in 2014. I am wondering how to fix this and if this could also be causing microsoft to show that my antivirus is out of date. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
