Forgive the double post but I realized that I posted in the wrong forum. Purchased BD AV 2008 this morning and can't get the license key to work. Had a chat with support and they had me uninstall and reinstall. That did not work. Any other ideas? Support has yet to contact me back about this issue.

I am having a similar problem. I purchased Bit Defender over the net (the download version). I downloaded it and did the registration etc. Now I have a anotice up to say that the month trial is over and I am no longer proected. then there is another window where it says if you are a registered user then punch in your registration no. Well the only number I have on my original email (I presume is the reg/licence no) I punched in but it was not accepted. So I am now left with having paid for a years BD and my computer is not protected. I have emailed them but no response.
