Si tengo la licencia de Bitdefender en mi teléfono y deseo cambiar el dispositivo, ¿se puede pasar la licencia al nuevo teléfono?

Yes, it can be done. Follow the steps below:

1) Uninstall your Bitdefender product from your current device. For proper uninstallation, you may also need to disable Bitdefender in the Device Administrator app on your Android device. Bitdefender will notify you if this is required when you attempt to uninstall the product.

2) Remove devices from your online Bitdefender Central: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/

3) Install your Bitdefender product on another device.

If you want to continue using Bitdefender protection on your current device, you can use the Bitdefender Free Antivirus for Android, which can be downloaded from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bitdefender.antivirus&hl=en_IN

Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.

Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.
