Client de BitDefender Gravity Zone pour ma société, nous ne pouvons pas accéder au site pour détection de Malware

Pouvez vous faire le nécessaire de votre coté pour que ce site soit accessible ? Toutes les manipulations coté console n'ont rien donné (exclure le site web de la protection, etc…)

Please submit the URL to our Antimalware team directly through https://www.bitdefender.com/en-us/business/submit they will evaluate the website and permanently whitelist it if it's a False Positive.

Additionally, we should investigate the way the exclusion was added in the console to check why it did not work in your case. I suggest opening a case with enterprise support to check so you can be aware in the future: https://www.bitdefender.com/en-us/support/contact-us

Regarding the URL exclusion in the console, I think it's not being taken into account because it's detected as malware, and it's up to you to take this into account in your database?

Yes, it can be this case as well if they are marked as malware by us then it cannot be excluded.
