Comment installer Bitdefender Ultimate Security?
Bonjour,
pour pouvoir installer Bitdefender Ultimate Security à la place de Bitdefender Internet Security, faut-il désinstaller ce dernier?
Car après avoir télécharger les 2 modules (Security et VPN premium) rien ne se lance.
Je pensais à un écrasement ou un à une désinstallation automatique de l'ancien Bitdefender, mais non…

desinstalle bitdefender internet security puis installe bitdefender ultimate security.

Bonjour,
Si vous avez mis à niveau votre solution de sécurité vers Ultimate Security, il n'est pas nécessaire de désinstaller Internet Security sur les appareils sur lesquels Bitdefender était précédemment installé.
Cependant, vous devrez déplacer les appareils d'Internet Security vers Ultimate Security, dans le cas où ils sont toujours affectés à l'abonnement précédent et que celui-ci n'a pas encore expiré. Vous pouvez le faire en utilisant votre compte Central et en suivant les instructions étape par étape de cet article :Faites-nous savoir comment ça se passe.

Bonsoir,
au début: impossible de désinstaller B Internet Security par Windows. Utilisation de Revo uninstaller qui y parvient. Mais toujours pas possible d'installer B Ultimate security manuellement.
L'astuce d'Alexandru_BD, a fonctionné. Mais au redémarrage de Windows, Ultimate avait disparu.
Re-installation manuelle ou il m'apparait à la fin que le répertoire n'a pas été entièrement nettoyé. L'outil de désinstallation m'est proposé. Je l'utilise (celui pour internet security). Redémarre.
Je ré-installe manuellement Ultimate et me retrouve avec… Internet Security.
Je ne sais plus quoi faire…

1) Uninstall the Bitdefender product on Windows:
2) To remove any remaining files, download and run the Bitdefender product uninstaller from this link: https://www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/file/Bitdefender_2023_Uninstall_Tool.exe
3) Remove devices from your online Bitdefender Central:
4) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:
temp - delete all the files in the folder
%temp% - delete all the files in the folder
prefetch - delete all the files in the folder

6) Install the Bitdefender product:
If the issue persists, kindly contact Bitdefender support by visiting
Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.
To get immediate update, make use of the chat option. Bitdefender support may require logs and will assist you in generating them.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.

@dadoumar Attendez, où voyez-vous que vous avez Internet Security ? Qu'est-ce qui est affiché dans Central par rapport au produit installé sur votre appareil ? Pouvez-vous publier une capture d'écran affichant l'onglet Mes abonnements dans Central, ainsi que l'interface utilisateur de Bitdefender afin que nous puissions mieux comprendre où se trouve quoi maintenant ? Vérifiez également sur quel abonnement l'appareil est actuellement attribué.

Si je clique sur l’icône de Bitdefender dans la barre des taches, il apparait Bitdefender Internet Security.
Dans mes Applications, j'ai Bitdefender Agent et Bitdefender Internet Security

Essayez ceci : Cliquez sur « Mes appareils » dans Central, accédez à votre appareil qui semble protégé par Internet Security, puis cliquez sur Supprimer.
Ensuite, allez dans l'onglet « Mes abonnements », également dans Central, allez dans Ultimate Security - cliquez sur Installation et sélectionnez « cet appareil ».Premium Security & Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools user

@Alexandru_BD, as far as I know, even after that, only Bitdefender Total Security will be installed. There is no other top-rated product in terms of setup files. Even when I used Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus, Bitdefender Total Security was installed with the Ultimate Security Plus features enabled.

il est vrai que c'est B. Total Securiy qui est installé comme le montre la pièce jointe, mais je pense que toute est OK
.

Yes, but they need to have the device on Ultimate so they can benefit from all the subscription features. And yes, the Bitdefender UI will still display Total Security, as this is the core antivirus in all packages.
