2) Different VPN servers: Bitdefender and Avast have different VPN servers. It is possible that the French VPN server that Bitdefender is using is being blocked by your IPTV subscription.
3) IP address blacklisting: It is possible that your IPTV subscription is blacklisting your IP address. If you have been using your VPN to access other services that are blocked by your IPTV subscription, it is possible that your IP address has been blacklisted.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following:
1) Try a different VPN protocol: Bitdefender offers a variety of VPN protocols, such as OpenVPN, IKEv2, and WireGuard. Try connecting to the French VPN server using a different protocol.
2) Try a different VPN server: Bitdefender has multiple VPN servers in France. Try connecting to a different French VPN server.
3) Contact your IPTV subscription provider: Contact your IPTV subscription provider and ask them if they are blocking VPN connections. If they are, ask them if there is a way to whitelist your IP address.

If you choose email, you will get a ticket number on your registered email.

J'aimerais ravoir mon compte VPN, il a été bloqué et je ne pas l'utiliser, il marque ''Déconnection en cours.....
