Impossible d'installer mon renouvellement

Bonjour,

j'ai Bitdefender total security qui expire dans 2 jours. j'ai fait un renouvellement Bitdefender Premium Sécurité en juillet 2022. Il ne ressort pas actif alors que j'ai validé le code et impossible de l'installer sur les appareils. je ne trouve pas comment tchatter en direct ou appeler le service clientèle pour avoir de l'aide.
