  • Hi, The license isn't intended to be split in this way. We don't recommend sharing your Bitdefender Central account with anyone. Thanks!
  • Hello, Can you send us a support tool log at bitsy@bitdefender.com please? https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/8919/ Please post here once you've sent the email, so that we can look for the case in our system. Thanks!
  • Hi, Can you try doing a contextual scan on the file itself? Go to: c:\Windows\System32\ , right click on wshbth.dll and choose Bitdefender > Scan with Bitdefender. Let us know if the file can be scanned in this way, if yes, please try a new system scan. Thank you!
  • Hi, Yes. You just need to disable the All Applications switch, then click on Browser from that screen. Thank you!
  • Yes, it's normal. The certificate is needed so that Bitdefender can check the https pages you access in your browser.
  • Hi Martin, You can chose the replace option and if the subscriptions are not merged, send an email at bitsy@bitdefender.com and we'll make sure you don't lose any days from the old subscription. Thank you!

  • Hi, There's no way to add mass Safe Files exclusions like that. Your only other option would be to stop protecting the folder(s) in which that application modifies files (and move sensitive files to a different location), but if the files the application modifies are themselves important, then this obviously won't help.

  • Hi, I wouldn't recommend that. You're allowing by default some apps with expired/untrusted certificates to run on your PC, which is not safe at all. Thanks!

  • Hi, Normally you should see in the system tray or the interface, that Bitdefender services are not responding. Unless a service actually crashes there wouldn't be a specific notification (mostly because the services that could deliver the notification are down). Of course this is not a usual occurrence.
