192.168.0.1/24 is the CIDR notation for IP 192.168.0.1 and a netmask of 24 bits set to 1(i.e. 255.255.255.0). That means all IPs in 192.168.0.0-192.168.0.255. Should you want to add a specific IP to the list, you would use 192.168.0.1/32, meaning all 32 bits-all of them- of this IPv4 are significant, so only that one IP.…

Hello, As with most commercial products, altering program files is not supported and modifying and/or distributing modified files may be against the applicable EULA for the software your are attempting to modify. You may wish to contact support and request that a localisation for your language be considered for a future…

Updates are currently hosted within EdgeCast's CDN and the IP you are referring to is part of their network. It is quite probable that one of EdgeCast's clients, at one point in time, hosted a suspicious file on a domain name answering to that IP. Unfortunately there is no good way of handling this issue. The best course…

Issue has been resolved. Please report back if you are still seeing problems.

Hello. We're aware of this and working to correct the issues. If you have reports for subdomains outside of digicert.com and comodoca.com, please report only those. Thank you.

The file in question was uTorrent 3.4.6.42060 (not the current release) and was detected as Application.Generic.1639634. This was a false positive and the file was flagged accidentally due to internal processes. It is interesting, as this this has been the situation for about two months, and there have been no reports.…

Microsoft Edge does not currently support extensions in the public channel.

Would have been appreciated if you started another topic regarding this. Some reasons I would assume - it's not fine with browser developers. you either need to hook processes or make extensions that break sandboxes - it would be limited to browsers, not filtering the large majority of malware - it wouldn't make any…

Hello, This was a glitch and subsequently a mishap regarding our monitoring systems led to delays in identifying and fixing it. The issue should be fixed for all users, but please post back if you are still seeing this.

I wrote "when/if" so you wouldn't hold what I said as an official acknowledgement relating to unreleased products. I haven't enquired about or checked this myself and am not aware of the schedule. Given that a new release would probably need at least a short public test period, I'd say a compatible 2015 build is more…

Sorry for the delay. We've looked at a couple of clean install scenarios on both EFI and Legacy boot but were unable to reproduce the specific crash you mentioned. Upgrade tests are more time-consuming and are not really that relevant at this stage in development. I'd suggest holding back for a bit closer to Windows 10 RTM.
-
I can tell you that the upgrade situation is quite a bit more complicated for a security solution than install/uninstall and subscription status. I'm not sure of the amount of information Microsoft will be publishing regarding this, but they did throw in a few new requirements for this product cycle and full compliance…
-
So again, with some sleep and attention: - Do you use a 32 bit or 64 bit build of Windows. - Is your system booting in EFI or legacy mode? - Does your system have Secure Boot enabled? - Have you upgraded from a previous version of Windows, or installed a clean copy after a format/on a clean drive The first three can be…
-
Some requirements have been changed for ELAM and related components for Windows 10 and the problems should be addressed by RTM. Thank you for reporting. Edit: forgot to ask. Could you please provide the Windows build number and architecture that you were able to reproduce this on? It would be slightly faster to narrow down…

Have you really taken a look at the forum software settings? I have, not that I wasn't quite certain that they would have been enabled, had somebody found them. "Powered By IP.Board © 2015 IPS, Inc." doesn't exist any more. They changed to http://www.invisionpower.com/ and yes, this is a bit outdated. I think it would be…

That might indeed be an issue. There are no defaults for that in the administration panel, sadly.
-
I wouldn't say that, cc-bit. I got this one quite promptly.

Looks like -1017 should be an HTTP Forbidden error. I can't really help you out with debugging steps, but I'm guessing the proxy is denying your credentials. Hope this helps.

Firstly, you should read the rules before posting on random forums. This topic should normally be deleted. I'm going to answer this because it is of general interest and not specific to those products. Once a third party firewall solution is installed, it normally disables the default Windows Firewall and sets itself as…

Corrected. Thank you!

Changes were done soon afterwards, but colleagues forgot to reply. I only got an email today:) Happy it was fixed in time.

Thank you. I'll post back when I have something.

I'm sorry I wasn't very clear in my explanation. The files for which I would like hashes are those shown IN the log. From your PM submission: C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\MOM.exe C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static\CCC.exe Please provide the hashes or links for these…
