SVCHOST.EXE—The process itself is an official Windows component. While it's possible that a virus has replaced the genuine Service Host with an executable of its own, the likelihood is very low. If you want to confirm, you can check the underlying file location of the process. In Task Manager, right-click on any Service Host process and choose the "Open File Location" option.
If the file is stored in your Windows\System32 folder, then you can be reasonably certain that you are not dealing with a virus.
Kindly check if the following steps help you:
1) Restart your PC in safe mode. You can follow this guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234
2) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:
temp – delete all the files in the folder.
%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.
prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.
3) Restart your PC in normal mode by unselecting the option to run the system in Safe Mode, then click 'Apply.'

Thank you for answering Flexx. I did all of the steps above but the issue still persitet. What eventually did solve it was by connecting the wifi directly to my router and not to the wifi repeater. The wifi repeater is not from the same company as my wifi router. I waited to answer to make sure but now a whole week the notification did not occur and it normally did every few hours. So I assume I should not be using it anymore since it was trying to send of data which it was not supposed to? The company is RangeXTD.
Greetings - Nino
