Windows Hello nicht verfügbar nach BD Total Security 2020 Installation

Liebe Community,
seitdem ich vor ein paar Tagen BD Total Security 2020 installiert habe erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung von Windows Hello.
Ich verwende Windows 10 x64 in der aktuellsten Version. Treiber sind aktuell, Troubleshoot ist gelaufen und sowohl PC als auch alle Sensoren sind neu gestartet.
Kennt jemand das Problem und hat eine Lösung parat?
