Ich nutze die Software Bitdefender Premium Security Plus (bis zu 10 Geräte) und möchte ein zweites iPhone (gleicher Account, gleiches Passwort) aufnehmen. Wie muss ich vorgehen?

Thank you for your feedback and sorry that I described the issue not correct or not complete.
Yes, I have a plan for 10 devices and the activation on the first iPhone wasn't a problem.
When activating on the second iPhone, I was able to enter the stored e-mail address or username, as these were already occupied (logically).
So I have stored an alternative e-mail address and then the system asks me for a new Bitdefender contract or which product I want to use.
Of course I don't want that, because I already have one.
So the point is, how can I use the same e-mail address or the same access data when activating the 2nd iPhone?0 -
First, you need to use the same email address associated with your subscription. Next, download the Bitdefender product from the Apple iOS store. Once installed, open the app, and it will ask for your Bitdefender Central login details. Enter them, and the product will get activated.
I have promoted you to Level 2 so that you can share the screenshot of the error you are facing if the issue persists.

I delete the app and install these again. Then I could use the stored e-mail address and the program works as desired.
