I think that there could be a typo or an actual problem with that form. If deleting the cache & cookies and using another browser doesn't solve the issue, I would advise to get in touch with Bitdefender Support so they can have a closer look. You can use this link to contact them:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
