VPN and support center confusion

Dear Community,

I profusely apologize for my inabilities and ignorance. I’ve had Bitdefender for a bit and am trying to understand better. Not having luck with any troubleshooting suggestions and can’t get VPN to work on Mac nor does the support center appear ever when I click on the support page for phone or Mac. It keeps taking me back to the buy a plan page even though I’ve got a subscription. I know you’re experts, and I’m so sorry to bother. Could someone please help?
