I'm having a recurring issue for our users on Chrome and wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing these issues which make SecurePass unusable for the majority of my organization's users.
Whenever setting up a new user for Bitdefender Securepass, users of chrome browsers experience various login errors which, in some cases, make the extension completely unusable. Issue was not seen for myself on Vivaldi, or another user on Firefox, but I cannot confirm that it is exclusive to chrome.
1: When setting up a new Securepass profile, the default user seems to be always created in their [Personal] workspace, instead of the organization. This means users go through the setup process of creating their master password and storing the recovery key before they are brought to a page stating they do not have a current subscription.
2: Switching workspace is not reliable, and there is no way to verify which workspace a user is logging into when entering the master password. This means that users end up with 2 duplicate profiles - one without an active subscription - and will sometimes be redirected to the inactive profile when opening the extension. Switching workspaces will redirect to login, but sometimes just redirects back to the personal space or fails altogether, resulting in multiple logins or just a blank page.
3: Redirect loop. For some reason, users will sometimes get caught in an unsolvable redirect loop when attempting to log in. After entering the master password for both profiles (again, default is the [Personal] workspace) the user is redirected to data/index, which redirects to data/index/#, then right back. There is no option to sign out or navigate to a different page, and removing and reinstalling the extension does not solve this issue, as users are met with the same error after login.
Any help would be appreciated, as this issue has rendered SecurePass completely useless for my organization, and there seems to be very limited support options in the extension itself. (A proper submission or contact form without a short text limit would be very appreciated!)
