I have a browser extension for making a youtube video play in picture-in-picture mode. However I think Bitdefender blocks this picture-in-picture as I get a Windows notification sound and no popup.
How can I check and/or resolve this?

I don't think bitdefender would be blocking the picture in picture extension, it might be a setting or a different extension in your browser.
Try setting your browser settings to the default/standard and disable any other extension, try using it in a private window or try a different browser.
