Unable To Login Using Bitdefender Cental

I have installed Bitdefender 2016 . When running the software a login dialoug box (1.jpg in the attachment) apper that enable to type in the login id and password.

When i tried to sign in after entering id & password a dialoug box (2.jpg in attachment) that saying " pc is not connected to internet " appears , even if the pc is connected to internet. I can access the internet through browsers like chrome & firefox.

Please ensure you remove all other security solutions.

Also check to see if your network card has the latest drivers installed.

If you are connected to the internet via proxy/vpn ensure that it doesn't have any limitations on what you can access through it.
