when i go to download the app, it keeps showing the arrow but no file like in this pic:

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. To help you in simple way, kindly download a trial version of your bitdefender product from original bitdefender website (https://www.bitdefender.com/)

After downloading, run the setup file and install the product. Once product get's completely installed, a central windows will open which will ask you for your login details of bitdefender central. Kindly enter your registered email address & password and click on login.

Next, open your browser and go to https://central.bitdefender.com/ ,your product will get automatically synchronized with central & you will be able to see your product on the central website.

Currently the only standalone/ offline installer available is for bitdefender total security (v2021) and no other bitdefender products.
