BTS settings: password protection

Hello,

I notice 2 weeks ago, somehow disappearing from BTS settings/General/Password protection ? And not only from My Main PC, but from EVERY PC's from my Bitdefender Total Security account? Who CAN REMOVE password from MY BTS settings??? I'm can't believe IF THAT POSIBLE?

This is a know issue and is being investigated by the BD engineers. We're hoping for a patch, fix soon.

Now, if you no longer have that option displaying on your UI, you could try running a repair, and if that didn't work, you would need to contact support, as mine still is displaying that option.

Hi,

I just got the same problem, I think it happens after updating the program? I have blocked access to the program settings with a password several times and over time it works again without entering a password, and the switch for this function is turned off.

Hopefully someone will fix this in future product updates. Regards.
