This is a know issue and is being investigated by the BD engineers. We're hoping for a patch, fix soon.
Now, if you no longer have that option displaying on your UI, you could try running a repair, and if that didn't work, you would need to contact support, as mine still is displaying that option.

Hi,
I just got the same problem, I think it happens after updating the program? I have blocked access to the program settings with a password several times and over time it works again without entering a password, and the switch for this function is turned off.
Hopefully someone will fix this in future product updates. Regards.
