Reporting potential False Positive - Scam Alert

I am writing from the Philippines, with BitDefender Mobile Security (v 3.3.216.2311) installed on my Android phone - OnePlus 10 Pro (NE2213) running Oxygen OS 13.1

Recently, the scam alert feature has been triggering multiple times with certain legitimate messages containing links sent by a prominent Telecom provider in the country named PLDT, and upon trying to access the link, BitDefender's Web Protection gets triggered and attempts to block me from opening them (although BitDefender allows to visit as per choice). I am writing here to report that the flagged messages and the links therein are most definitely a false positive, as these messages and informarion contained are sent by official SMS channels of the telecom provider - PLDT

Kindly see the screenshots attached, and take the necessary actions to whitelist such messages. Thanks.

Upon checking the images and the website provider, I found that the original website is pldt.com, not pldt.info

If you visit pldt.info, you will find that it displays no website and the domain is listed for sale. This is the website that Bitdefender is blocking.
