How do I white list a program that is being blocked by Advance Threat Defense?

Bitdefender does not give me the option to add this program as an exception under ATD - the toggle is greyed out.

1) Temporarily disable Bitdefender Protection: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/28557/

2) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Antivirus: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13427/

3) Set exclusions in Bitdefender Advanced Threat Defense: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2393/

4) Re-enable real-time protection in Bitdefender

Note: For Advanced Threat Defense, only executable files (.exe) can be set up in exclusions, and not the entire folder.
