Hello,
In what language you have BitDefender installed? If you are using it in English please right click on the BitDefender icon and select 'Update Now'. Wait for the update process to complete then restart the PC.
If you are using BitDefender in another language please let me know which one.

This seems to be an issue which should have been solved now. I had this problem a few months ago and other people were having the same problem.
I uninstalled BD 2012 and went back to BD 2011. I am trying BD Av2012 again , just installed it now & I find the same problem persists with Firefox not loading certain pages properly... Including the "MY BITDEFENDER" page !! it is also very slow, although I Explorer seems to work OK.

Rik__: the delay in loading Flash based websites hasn't been resolved yet, as I already mentioned in several topics open on this subject.
What it's odd is the fact that you encounter issues upon opening 'My BitDefender' page since nobody else reported this specific issue. I would like to see a log of the PC in question, if you don't mind. Please follow the steps explained in the article below and send me via PM the generated log file:

The my bitdefender page loads sometimes , a bit at a time slowly, but I find I had to use internet explorer on a number of occasions. why has AV 2012 been released when it is not compatible with Firefox, which is probably the most used browser according to statistics?
I'll not be reverting back to AV 2011 again this time if I remove the current version . I'll be installing something else.0 -

Well, I'm one of those people...yet again BD is using their customers as lab rats, I cannot load mybitdefender in FF7.0.1 I have to use IE, and most other pages need a reload on every page, pics don't download for ages. hmmm, BD you guys really have lost the plot, I find this quite the opposite of an 'upgrade' 2011 was bad enough, frying pan into the fire!0 -
Doesn't look like they are any nearer sorting this fault. Rather than mess about generating log files , or altering things in safe mode easiest way to solve this problem, will be to uninstall BD and replace it with something else, I've waited long enough and my subscription runs out in a couple of months any way.

You may consider waiting just a little longer. We are only days away from a major update to BD. It contains a long list of fixes and has already been released to the UK.
