[resolved]bdis Save Settings Issue

Options

Hello

i noticed that my BitDefender Internet Security 2012 is having some serious issues.

The program will not save my settings and it will return on-access scanning settings to normal(even though i keep setting it on aggressive) and will disable firewall (even though i keep turning it on)

Also the Active Virus Control settings will not even go on.Is it constantly off.

AutoPilot does not solve the issue, but additionally it generates hundrends of notices of "autoscan Settings changed" alerts.

I did try "Repair" on the product, i did try full uninstallation and re-installation,before AND after the Version: 15.0.35.1486 updates, but nothing worked. And of course i do not have any other anti-malware solution on my computer,so nothing is interfering with the software

    Hello

This was sent by the user over PM:

Removal of Windows live family safety program, and re-installation of the Bitdefender seems to have solved the issue. I will notify you if the problem reappears. Thank you

Since the issue has been solved, I declare this topic closed.

    Have a nice day.
