Appwavestore.com Applications Are Not Launching
Hello,
I was testing the latest Embarcadero product (http://appwavestore.com) and we are getting the apps blocked from launching. If we disable the AV protection the apps are launched without any issues.
Could you please add our App Store to your trusted websites?

This is not a file that is getting detected as virus.. this is a website communication (streaming) that is getting blocked.
The steps to reproduce are:
1. Go to http://appwavestore.com
2. Launch any app (creating a free account)
3. Download Manager starts to install the AppWave Browser
Expected:
The App launched from store starts after AppWave Browser gets installed
Actual:
The App fails to launch
Workaround:
Disable the Antivirus protection and the app will be launched successfully.0 -

I have added the domain embarcadero.com to exceptions and it works as a local solution.
Since this is a product that we are going to release world wide, having our customers to manually add exceptions in their antivirus software is not an elegant way to deal with this type of issues.
Therefore I have contacted you in order to find a better way to solve this.

I have tested the application and found the current issue when Bitdefender 2012 is installed. I have forwarded your request to our testing team.
They will further investigate the current situation.
Our developers will try to fix this ASAP.
If we receive requests about this or you receive complains from your customers, you can forward them here and we will send the customers a temporary fix.
Now, I can confirm you that this is not a False Positive, the application is not blocked by the anti-malware component.
