Virus Infection

My flahs disk was infected with computer virus and I used Bitdefende to clen it. After cleaning it all folders were hidden (I could not see them again). But if I scan my flash disk I could see hidden folders being scanned for virus but they (folder) are not seen. How can I solve this problem?

    Set Windows to show the hidden and system files and folders in Control Panel > Folder Options. Once you can see your folders, modify their properties and remove the hidden attribute.
