Archive Files - Safe To Delete?

I'd just like to be sure whether it's safe to manually delete certain files that Bitdefender wouldn't. The results are below.

Even the ones in C:/Windows/Installer? (Some Googling suggested it could be risky)

  • Dear dym

Only delete the installer packages that BitDefender detected as infected otherwise you will have problems with uninstalling software.

  • Thanks :)

  • Dear dym

If you don't know how to see the installer folder then here are the instructions:

Navigate to the windows folder now go to tools, folder options, display (view),check show hidden files and folders and press on apply. This by default a hidden folder.

Glad that I could help you.

    Best regards
