Consumer Tech Support Vs. Business Tech Support

In looking around the Bitdefender Forums, I have noticed that while the consumer forum goes for weeks at a time without a tech support presence, the business forums have continuous tech support.


I am pretty sure that the vast majority of Bitdefender users are retail customers. So, what's wrong with this picture?


Could it be that corporations have legal departments and need to be pampered with tech support?
