Early Upgrade Discount Is Not Being Applied Correctly
I received an email about an early upgrade promotion where I will get $50 off to upgrade to another 1 year subscription of Internet Security 2013. Upon clicking the link everything seems to be in order, the total cost of the product is roughly $25. When I go to pay and confirm the order however, it has magically changed to $35.
It appears the discount is being applied as a percentage rather than a dollar value. In the review and confirmation it lists a discount of 50% rather than the promised $50. I have attached screen shots for reference.
Please fix this so I can complete my order.

As is clearly evident on this forum, Bitdefender support has not improved at all. I chose to switch back to bitdefender despite my last bad episode (Bitdefender 2010 would bluescreen my PC constantly so I rolled back to the previous version and switch to another product after the key expired). I read good reviews on Bitdefender 2013 but the lack of support and reports showing the product to be unstable has made me lose faith.
The fact you can not even fix something so simple as my above post or even acknowledge this post exists shows you are not interested in your customers and have just lost a sale.
I am going back to Kaspersky.
