Unable To Print

Hi


I am a new user and I am trying out version 16.16.0.1348.


I am unable to print to my canon 6250 printer at all since installing the software.


I have followed all the suggestions in the forum for this sort of problem with no luck.


Can you please advise.


I really like the software and plan to buy but cant if I am unable to resolve the issues with printing.


When I uninstall the software I can print with no problems.

    What version of Windows and Bitdefender are you running?

  • First update the Bitdefender to the latest build.


    1) Did you install only the Canon 6250 driver or the whole software?


    2) What are your Antivirus, Firewall and Privacy Settings?


    3) Are you using Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi?


    4) Do you assign manual IP addresses or DHCP?


    5) Whats your operating system?


    6) Allow the Canon 6250 IP address (if manual) in the Firewall Adapter Rules.


    Attach the snapshot of the error.

    I am using Windows 8 and have followed your instructions, not sure what fixed it but once all completed it started to work.
