I was talking to someone on MSN when a virus on her computer sent the attached file to me, along with the message "i el lol mi hermana quisiera que le enviara este 嫮bum de fotoed." After searching on the Internet, it seems that it's something called MSNWorm.bb, but BitDefender did not detect it automatically or when I manually directed it to scan the file.
