Firewall Blocks File!

I got this app mobiola webcamera it needs to connect with a program to the computer from ipod to computer and with this new anti virus bd total sec 13 i got problems saying i got to do something i dont know to the trust list from firewall i search bitdefender and mobiola but nobody got this problem please help me(Christian)

    Oehhh i already tried that... and now agian with the actzakly like in the topic... Yeahhh didnt work ;(

    With the internet and the port changes! But the internet IP don't! sooo with an IP(IPv4 address) and a port...


    And then it connects the camera in to mij computer... WEBCAM! :D but the antivirus blocks it(i think) goes the app sayd so. Mij other anti virus had a different firewall... and now with this anti virus it doesnt work. I believe its the firewall.

    Hello Iordanis,


    Perhaps, your previous AV/Firewall has not been completely uninstalled, thus you have problems with BD.


    Maybe you have to start the whole thing from the beginning.


    First, remove BD from here. Then, go to this topic, find your previous AV uninstall tool and run it.


    Then use CCleaner (it's free) on registry mode, cleaning whatever remains in Registry (it's critical).


    Restart and install again BD from here (English) or from here (other languages).


    Perhaps after all above steps your BD will work fine.

    There wasnt a problem with my old anti virus... so thats not the problem!

    Hi,


    On my old car, I've put a new super duper engine which made it much faster but I didn't care about brakes and tires... :o


    For a new and updated antivirus, it's more than critical, to have your OS updated with the latest drivers, security and other updates.


    You may also try to follow my previous advises and I think you'll not regret it.


    Anyway...you decide :)

    Oh, once I faced the similar issue when I was trying to access the equipment by IP Address and Port No. You can read the topic here

    Possible causes are the AVC, IDS or MIDAS driver or some Firewall Issue in handling such situations. Since Bitdefender lacks the ability to create rules specific for IP Address and Port No, so we can help you disable or changing the settings of the following IDS, AVC and Firewall Module, http scan option etc. However if this fail again, then renaming the AVC,IDS,MIDAS driver may help in accessing the webcamera, but this will you can do only with Christian recommendations.

    In my case it is internet ip is the same... it connects with the internet! With an port!
