Firwall Blocks Access To Internet

Hi, I have BD Internet Security v10 for about a year now. But suddenly I could not connect to the internet at all!


I thought it was a problem within my internet provider, but I'm on a wireless network and the other 2 PCs (both also have BD IS v10) were able to connect to the internet normally.


When I tried disabling the BD firewall my internet came back to normal! The strange thing is that on the other 2 PCs there is no problem with the BD Firewall, just on this computer I'm using right now.


If I turn on the firewall I cannot connect to sites, nor the mirc, MSN Messenger, anything. If I turn it off all comes back to normal!


I also have IE, Firefox, everything allowed in the firewall... so I really don't know what is causing this... any help?

    Hello KreGg,


    There is a possibility that the Firewall profile might have gotten corrupted. Try to reset the profile (you'll lose all rules) and see if it works.
