Activation Problemin Control Pannel
My father in law has the same problem as te guy in this topic this
We also have tried multiple installations, reboots , realy everything! He can log in to my bitdfender without any problems, only the log in in bitdefender wont work.
Hope you can help us 2?
It worked on his privious pc but not anymore on the new one. Every time he trie to log in he gets a fail message , the connection has been broken. there is 100% internet connection because he will take the updates!

Hey,
The account is already activated, it worked on the previous pc. We tried to change the password, when we click the link in the mail and put in a new password , there is also the same error message saying " the connection is lost", every time again. All other internet related media works fine so there is connection to the web. We tried put off all the firewall and still the same fault message!
So anoying.
On the new pc we downloaded a test version with 30 days free use. It's here we get the same error message everytime...0 -

One of the Bitdefender accounts used to register your father's license key was still pending for activation.
That being solved, -if the same error appears- please run a diagnostic tool on your father's PC to see what is causing the issue:

and post the download link.
