Bit Defender Won't Start Anymore

I encountered a problem regarding the startup of Bit Defender 2012. It only results in the message "Bitdefender services are loading now, please wait." when hoovering over the icon in the tray.

When I try to start BitDefender itself, it doesn't react. The only reaction I got from one of the BitDenfender tools is when starting supporttool.exe. This results in the message "The settings fille could not be loaded."

Someone who can help me furtheron?
