No Access To Most Sites

After installing the last Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 Build, I have great difficiculty accessing the sites I use frequently -- Facebook, etc. There are no threats on my computer.


I am using Firefox 20.0.1, Google Chrome is uptodate.


Could you help?
