Customer Service Responce Time

Hey Everyone,


How long does it take customer service or tech support to respond to an email you have sent them. I sent one three weeks ago about my manual scan not working and security center not coming up, and have yet to hear from them. I sent a follow up email earlier last week and have yet to hear anything. Am I wrong to think this is taking too long?

    No-one knows the answer to that question. Many have given up.


    As far as how long is too long. In my opinion 2 business days should be more than ample reply time.


    But, these are only my opinion. I only answer because no-one else has.

    The only response I have received from them took 3 1/2 weeks. They requested more information and I heard nothing back.


    I joined the Forum as I got fed up waiting last time and was very glad I did. Customer Service though should not be a form of self help from other users.
