When you launch the uninstall tool for version 2014 (for New Bitdefender)?

Why so much delay?

Logic was to occur simultaneously with the final product Bitdefender.

    Hello,

The uninstall tool for The New Bitdefender should be compiled and uploaded on our official website by the end of this week.

I edited parts of your both posts. Again, please take into consideration that this forum is a public place. Treat everyone else just like you want to be treated. Continuous attacks will result in an account suspension or BAN.

Thank you for your concern and constant feedback :)

    hello Georgia

If you were a customer, how could you find the fact that your promise for 24/7 support is just a lie?

Clients having issues or their PCs hanged up with your paid products and waiting days, weeks or months for your response by chat, phone, tickets and forum, how can you expect them to behave?

I think, firstly, you do brake the rules, commercial rules, which are more important than your forum rules.

Also consider, noncontinuous or fake support will result in a Bitdefender "suspension or BAN" by users.

Your power is enough to edit or delete users' posts. Users' power is enough to delete YOU!

    Thank you!

Any chance this will be a generic uninstall tool, that will remove BDAV, BDIS, and BDTS at the same time?

    Thanks

What is "Great" here? The uninstalled tool should be launched along-with the release of final product .

Maybe he meant that he can finally remove everything from BD and enjoy in his PC :)

  • They will tell me, please remove Windows, BitDefender is in conflict with them :D
...Before above (wise) solution you can use that "Great job" by BD (the first and last one). The sooner the better.

PS: Aren't you afraid of "technician" Georgia's threats? Shame on you bad boys!

    Hello,

    @Pharoah:

Bitdefender Technical Support office is open 24/7. My colleagues will take your request at anytime via chat, phone and email. Click here for more details and to learn how to get in touch with us.

    @ Gini™:

Please don't go around the boards, using Google translate when you don't speak the language (as you recently did on the German area), just to boost your post count. If we wanted to make public the download link for this removal tool we would've create a pinned topic for that. This is not a marketing strategy. Thank you for your understanding.

    @werby3 aka Pharoah, @ONT:

    Please refrain from offtopics.

What about my request for toll free number(international) for support?

    Hi Gerogia

You better know the "REASONS" behind that which makes us and other users to post like in such a way. By the way I personally also don't like that but there is "SOMETHING" which forces us do so.

Don't you think that "SOMETHING" MUST be done by you Georgia (not personally)???

PS: Please don't say to old users about your 24/7 support. You make the all thing worse.

    Hello,

    @ Pushkar Gogte

What about my request for toll free number(international) for support? [...] settings backup tool aka magnus tool

The magnus tool won't be released anymore.

I discussed the free phone number request to my managers months ago and also recently asked for an update. To be honest, there are chances the request won't pass because of the high price involved in paying for tens of thousands of phone calls each month. However, the decision is not made yet, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Until then, remember the calls are always local, there is no surcharge no matter the country our customers live in.

Now, to those of you who can't find there posts here anymore - please take some days to read this info first:

    Thank you.

i agree but problem from my country is i have to pay isd rates+local call rate for supports calls.

another option would be setup a local support in India.

Many thanks for remembering, we can easily spend "SOME DAYS" to review the forum rules as we already spend "MONTHS even YEARS" in the past to wait the proper support from your end on our issues reported and suggestions etc which we posted by managing our time especially for Bitdefender product and not for the personal favors and benefits etc.

We do have a partner in India: Venktron

They even have a tollfree number: http://www.venktron.in/bitdeffenderform.html

However, they offer support only for Bitdefender license keys purchased directly from them and those are Geo-restricted keys.

I took a look at your Bitdefender account and noticed that you have a key Bitdefender Security for Windows 8, which was not purchased through Venktron.

I hope this information will help at least other Indian customers.

    Hello all,

It's an internal decision not to promote anymore the uninstall tool for Bitdefender. From now on we advise our customers to remove the product from Control Panel or to go to http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall/ and select the removal tool based on the product type.

Thank you for your understanding. This topic will be closed.
