A 3-PC code means you 3-PCs you own. You need to login with your Bitdefender account and activate the two other PCs from your Bitdefender account. You can't insert the code three times.

    Hello André,

Welcome to the Bitdefender forums. :)

The main reason why your valid Bitdefender license key is displayed as a trial version is because Bitdefender could not connect to authentication server to validate and retrieve the parameters of the key, therefore it is treating the license as a trial version key. Once Bitdefender will be able to successfully connect to internet, the license key will be re-validated and the number of days left corrected.

If this did not happen automatically after a few update cycles, please try the following steps:

    1) If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network please try connect to a wired network instead, then update Bitdefender.

    2) If the issue persists, please check if your router comes with a Firewall and disable it. Also make sure that Windows Firewall/any other 3rd party firewall software is turned OFF.

    3) If the issue persists open a command prompt window and enter the following commands. Hit Enter after each one:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /release

    Ipconfig /renew

Then try again to register Bitdefender using the same key and update the product.

    4) If the issue still occurs, press at the same time these 2 keys: "Windows logo" key and the "R" key. In the searchbox type "ncpa.cpl" and hit Enter.

Right-click on your Internet connection (Local Area Connection, Wireless Area Connection, etc.) and go to Properties.

Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) entry, in the new window put a checkmark under: Obtain DNS server address automatically and hit OK.

Some Internet Service Providers are using only Manual DNS Settings. If this is the case, please select the option Use the following DNS Server addresses and fill in the Preferred and Alternate DNS Servers provided by your ISP.

Update again Bitdefender and check if the license key is correctly validated now.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.
